We are seeking an experienced and proactive Network Management Officer - IT to manage and monitor network infrastructure across our Middle East and India branches. The role focuses on ensuring maximum network uptime, maintaining IT security standards, administering Microsoft 365, overseeing CCTV systems, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime across all branches.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and WAN/LAN infrastructure.
- Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for issue resolution and SLA compliance.
- Maintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and configuration backups.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and monitor security logs and alerts.
- Implement security patches and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, user accounts, mail flow, security policies).




- Oversee CCTV systems, recording functionality, and vendor maintenance.
- Prepare uptime and security reports; maintain incident logs and support IT audits.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure management, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in network configuration, firewall management, and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of IT security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
