Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of test rings and related equipment
✔ Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
✔ Ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and calibration of test ring systems
✔ Maintain maintenance logs and documentation
✔ Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
✔ Follow safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
✔ Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and rotating equipment
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred:
- Experience in heavy engineering / forging / testing equipment
- Knowledge of PLC systems (basic understanding)
