Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Hindi language to students from Class 3 to Class 8 as per CBSE Board curriculum.
- Develop engaging lesson plans aligned with academic objectives.
- Improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and grammar skills in Hindi.
- Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and periodic evaluations.
- Prepare question papers, worksheets, assignments, and study material.
- Maintain student attendance and academic records.
- Provide remedial support to weak students.
- Encourage participation in Hindi debates, poetry recitation, essay writing, and cultural activities.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods in classroom instruction.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher meetings, and training sessions.
