Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Graphic Designer to support marketing, branding, and performance campaigns.
This is a full-time onsite role in Lucknow. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Social media posts & ad creatives
- Reels thumbnails & video covers
- Landing pages & website banners
- Educational and promotional materials
- Create performance-focused ad creatives for Meta & Google campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign requirements
- Deliver creatives within defined timelines
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva (for quick adaptations)
- Basic understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Ability to design ad creatives focused on conversions
- Knowledge of social media dimensions and formats
- Strong time management and execution discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design
- Experience designing for EdTech, SaaS, or service-based businesses
- Basic video editing knowledge (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus
