We Are Hiring: EXIM Executive

Experience:1-4 Years (Export-Import)
Industry: Manufacturing (Windows, Doors & Aluminium)
Location:Sector 82 JLPL

- _Proficiency in MS Excel and EXIM software (Eximpedia preferred)_

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and manage export-import documentation including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Lading, L/C documents, Shipping Bills, Certificates of Origin, etc.
- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, RBI, FEMA, GST, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle export incentive schemes such as Duty Drawback, MEIS / RoDTEP, Advance Authorizations, MOOWR, and related benefits.

Coordination
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, transporters, and internal production/dispatch teams for timely shipment execution.
- Track shipments, resolve documentation or clearance issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support cost optimization through efficient coordination and planning.

Trade Finance
- Coordinate with banks for L/C documentation, remittances,



and foreign exchange transactions.
- Monitor payment terms and ensure timely realization of export proceeds.

Vendor & Client Management
- Communicate with overseas clients regarding shipment schedules and documentation.
- Maintain effective working relationships with vendors, CHAs, banks, and government authorities.

Reporting & MIS
- Maintain accurate records of all EXIM transactions.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on shipments, incentives, compliance, and costs.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong knowledge of EXIM processes and regulations:
- Hands-on experience in export-import documentation:
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
