Experience in the SAP SD module, including order entry, invoicing, e-way bills, proforma invoices and customer goods returns.
- Experience coordinating with customers and sales team (for GR and dispatches, this requires coordination with the transporter, customer, and a sales team member, as well as the plant).
- Coordinating with the plant to supply the balance sales orders for customers.
- Handle basic customer queries related to supply.
- Extracting daily reports from SAP and using them for query handling.
- Sending daily updates to management.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
