Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conceptualize wedding themes and decor concepts
- Create mood boards, design layouts & client presentations
- Coordinate with vendors, florists, fabricators & production team
- Supervise in office decoration and execution
- Ensure quality, creativity & timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated with latest wedding decor trends & styling ideas
Requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in wedding decor / event designing
- Creative mindset with strong aesthetic sense
- Knowledge of floral arrangements, stage setups, lighting & venue styling
- Good communication & client handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of design tools (CorelDraw / Canva / Photoshop - preferred)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Naraina, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Wedding Decor / Event Designing: 1 year (required)
