Job Summary
This role is best suited for a Vice Principal or Headmaster/Headmistress ready to step into a full leadership position.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Directorate of Education (DoE), Delhi regulations.
- Maintain adherence to Central Board of Secondary Education guidelines.
- Oversee statutory records, EWS/DG admissions, audits, and safety standards.
- Liaise with government and regulatory authorities.
Faculty & Student Development
- Mentor and develop teaching staff through structured training.
- Promote professional growth and innovation in teaching practices.
- Strengthen student well-being initiatives, including SEL programs.
- Build transparent and collaborative relationships with parents.
Operations & Administration
- Lead digital transformation initiatives (ERP, analytics, virtual learning platforms).
- Manage financial, infrastructural, and human resources efficiently.
- Strengthen school branding and institutional visibility.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate Degree (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com.) with mandatory B.Ed.
- M.Ed. or MBA in Educational Leadership preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in education.
- 3-5 years of experience as Vice Principal / Headmaster / Headmistress.
- Solid background in Senior Secondary teaching (PGT level).
- Deep understanding of Delhi school regulations and admission cycles.
