Key Responsibilities

Production Management
- Plan and execute production as per daily shift schedule.
- Ensure achievement of production targets.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Maintain shift production records and reports.

Team & Manpower Management
- Supervise operators and helpers during shift.
- Allocate manpower efficiently.
- Maintain discipline and work ethics.
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers.

Quality Control
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team.
- Monitor rejection rates and take corrective actions.
- Maintain production quality documentation.

Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor use of PPE.
- Report and prevent accidents.




- Follow company SOPs and ISO standards.

Maintenance Coordination
- Report machine breakdowns.
- Coordinate with maintenance team.
- Ensure preventive maintenance adherence.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain shift reports.
- Track raw material consumption.
- Record downtime and production losses.
- Submit daily production MIS.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
