- Role Discovery & Research
- Deep-dive into customer needs, industry context, and company challenges to define what success looks like in each role.
- Translate insights into tailored Role DNA and adjust AI-generated scorecards to reflect the nuances of each hiring requirement.
- Conduct thoughtful pre-screens that assess not just skills, but motivations and cultural alignment.
- Customer Partnership
- Act as a strategic advisor by simplifying hiring decisions and helping customers overcome decision fatigue.
- Use Qrata’s analytics platform to share insights and weekly summaries that keep customers informed and confident.
- Hiring Excellence & Execution
- Support offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding to ensure successful closures.

⸻What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience
- MBA required.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to fast-paced or customer-facing environments.




- Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Robust business acumen to understand roles, markets, and organizational needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
