We are looking for a results-driven CSR Implementer with proven experience in independently handling corporate fundraising and donor acquisition. This role requires strong revenue ownership and the ability to close CSR partnerships end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently identify, pitch, and close corporate CSR partnerships
- Lead complete fundraising lifecycle (prospecting to deal closure)
- Build and manage a multi-crore CSR pipeline
- Develop proposals, concept notes, and RFP submissions
- Engage and manage relationships with CSR Heads, CXOs & Foundations
- Ensure compliance, reporting, and account growth
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in independent CSR fundraising & donor acquisition (from approaching to onboarding):
- Demonstrated revenue ownership and target achievement
- Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills
- Experience working directly with senior corporate stakeholders
- Knowledge of CSR compliance & Schedule VII
