Manage inbound IT sales opportunities from initial response to closure support. Responsible for lead qualification, discovery coordination, documentation, proposal support, deal tracking, and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification_
- Respond to inbound inquiries
- Understand client goals, scope, budget & timelines
- Update CRM and maintain lead tracking sheets
- Discovery & Requirement Structuring_
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls
- Capture MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
- Draft BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- Conduct basic domain research
- Proposal & Solution Support_
- Coordinate with technical & design teams
- Assist in scope documentation & estimations
- Support FRD (Functional Requirement Document) & proposal preparation
- Ensure timely submissions
- Follow-ups & Deal Management_
- Manage follow-ups & meeting coordination
- Track objections & client feedback
- Maintain and update sales pipeline in CRM
- Closure & Handover_
- Coordinate NDA, agreements, and invoicing process
- Prepare project handover documentation
- Support transition to delivery team
- Lead Nurturing_
- Share case studies and company profile
- Maintain periodic follow-ups & long-term relationships
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in IT services / software sales or pre-sales
- Hands-on experience with freelancer portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) is mandatory
- Solid communication and documentation skills
- Familiarity with BRD, FRD, and proposal preparation
- Experience in CRM handling
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
