The Account Review Specialist (ARS) role is a role within Issuer and Investor Services that is a balance of repeatable production of similar items, but also some customization based on RM requests and client needs. The primary purpose of the role is to assist Relationship Managers by producing 90%+ of an account review document for RMs to use in client meetings. These are done in Powerpoint and in Digideck. Tasks include entering client-specific information and statistics, gleaned form various systems, inserting client specific logos and graphics of their activity. This role will be given a package of pre-approved slides from which to choose, and templates for the '˜type' of review it is. Based on the type, that will dictate which slides to use as the starting point. These are 10-20 page presentations that include client activity, updates on EQ,



and client-specific recommendations. The RMs will provide a checklist of what to include and the slides are created and approved via marketing, so it is more an assembly of them and inserting client-specific information such as their experience with call center wait times, abandoned calls, number of checks vs. ACH, etc.
