As the Executive - Production, you will be a key driver of our Shrink Film Production department's success. Your primary role is to oversee and manage daily operations, working closely with the Shift Incharge to optimize production efficiency and maintain exceptional quality standards. This position requires strong leadership and the ability to navigate a fast-paced production environment.
- Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with the Shift Incharge to allocate tasks, manage the production team, and ensure smooth coordination.
- Monitor and maintain the highest production quality standards, implementing necessary improvements.
- Enforce safety protocols within the production area, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
- Identify and address production bottlenecks or issues promptly, finding effective solutions.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate production records, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.




- Liaise with other departments to foster collaboration and seamless coordination.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in shrink film production, driving continuous improvement.
- A PGDPPT qualification from CIPET is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- Proven experience as a Shift Incharge or in a similar production management role, with a focus on Blown Film Extrusion, is essential.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a production team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.
- Proficiency in production processes and equipment relevant to the beverage industry.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with production management software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good analytical skills to interpret production data and make data
