Role: As a NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and training of blue & grey collar workers in various industries.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for current hires, including training and orientation programs
- Build and maintain relationships with vocational schools, trade associations, and other industry partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve the efficiency of the hiring process

Good to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience in recruiting blue & grey collar workers
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programs and vocational training
