- Key Responsibilities
- Application Maintenance & EnhancementsImplement current features, enhancements, and integrations based on business requirements.
- Ensure code quality through proper testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Production Support- Provide L2/L3 support for production systems, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of incidents.-
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement long‑term corrective actions.
- System Operations & Deployment




- Manage containerized deployments on Kubernetes clusters.
- Collaboration & Documentation
- Partner with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and support runbooks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with Angular for front-end development.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture. Strong debugging, log analysis, and performance tuning skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Preferred Qualifications- Experience with monitoring tools such as Instana, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Splunk.
