Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Perform clash detection and resolution using BIM coordination tools.
- Ensure all models comply with project BIM standards, protocols, and naming conventions.
- Manage model integration and maintain federated models.
- Support project teams in BIM execution and workflows.
- Prepare and manage BIM documentation, including BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
- Conduct regular coordination meetings with internal and external teams.
- Assist in quantity take-offs, model-based documentation, and reporting.
- Monitor model progress and ensure timely delivery as per project schedules.
- Provide technical support and guidance to BIM modelers and junior staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination or related roles.
- Proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)
- Navisworks Manage (Clash Detection)
- AutoCAD
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and coordination processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Solid knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or institutional projects.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Dynamo or other automation tools is a plus.
