We are seeking a motivated Site Supervisor (Fresher) to assist in managing day-to-day construction activities under the guidance of senior engineers. This is an excellent chance for recent graduates or diploma holders to gain hands-on experience in site supervision and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in supervising daily construction site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project plans.

2. Monitor labor, materials, and equipment under supervision, ensuring efficient usage.

3. Support senior engineers in ensuring project plans, work quality and specifications are followed.

4. Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and progress updates.

5. Help implement and enforce site safety protocols and quality standards.

6. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.

7. Attend site meetings and assist in communicating updates to senior management.

Observe and learn how to read technical drawings and interpret project plans.

9. Report any issues, delays, or discrepancies to senior engineers promptly.

10. Assist in basic inventory management and material requisitions.

Requirements:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

2. Freshers are welcome (0-1 year experience).

3. Basic understanding of construction processes and materials.

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to read simple technical drawings.

7. Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit is an added advantage.

8. Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
