nThe Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospective customers, understanding their manufacturing challenges, and recommending suitable automation solutions. The role involves consultative selling of both hardware and software solutions and requires close coordination with technical, application and project teams throughout the sales cycle.

nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Development
nIdentify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, digital platforms and customer visits.
nGenerate qualified leads within manufacturing, warehousing and logistics industries.
nBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
nDevelop relationships with decision-makers including Plant Heads,



Production Managers, Manufacturing Engineers, Operations Managers and Supply Chain teams.
nSales & Customer Engagement
nUnderstand customer manufacturing processes and operational challenges.
nRecommend suitable Pick-to-Light, Industrial IoT and Smart Factory solutions.
nConduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
nPrepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
nFollow up consistently to convert opportunities into orders.
nNegotiate commercial terms within approved guidelines.
nAccount Management
nBuild long-term relationships with customers.
nIdentify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
nMaintain regular engagement with existing customers to understand future requirements.
nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
nSales Planning & Reporting
nAchieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
