Great opportunity for a young interior designer who wants to learn how real residential projects move from client conversation to design.
We are looking for a dynamic Interior Designer (6 months-1 year experience) who enjoys both design thinking and client interaction. You will work closely with the founder on real client discussions and early-stage design development.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend client consultation calls and understand lifestyle, space needs, and expectations
- Translate client requirements into initial design ideas, layouts, and concepts
- Support creation of mood boards, basic layouts, and concept directions
- Coordinate with the internal team for 3D designs and presentations
- Document client discussions, requirements, and follow-ups
- Assist in presenting ideas and guiding clients during early design stages
- Learn and observe client behavior, decision-making, and design psychology
- 1-2 years experience in residential interiors
- Strong communication and client interaction skills
- Basic knowledge of layouts, modular design, and space planning
- Familiar with SketchUp, Canva pro or similar tools
- Curious, observant, and willing to grow beyond just design execution
