As the Founder’s Office Intern at Brookiebae, you will work directly with the Founder to scale a convenience first baking retail brand. You will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and ground-level execution. From managing outreach for our recent DIY kits to helping coordinate live baking workshops, you will see exactly what it takes to launch a 2026 food convenience startup.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assisting in the Mohali studio with inventory management (tracking premium raw materials) and SKU packaging for the soft launch.
- Content Assistance: Collaborating for the content to capture "behind-the-scenes" content, helping turn brand strategy into viral Reels.
- Market Research: Identifying upcoming luxury events, weddings, and corporate gatherings in Chandigarh for our "Live Baking Station" pitches.
- Founder’s Shadow: Taking notes in meetings, managing the founder's calendar, and ensuring no "to-do" item falls through the cracks.
