Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver Mathematics lessons as per CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Teach students from Grade VI to Grade X (as assigned).
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, and question papers.
- Conduct regular assessments and track student progress.
- Prepare students for periodic tests, half-yearly, and annual examinations.
- Provide remedial support to slow learners and enrichment activities for advanced students.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, student-friendly classroom environment.
- Integrate smart boards and digital tools into classroom teaching.
- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, training programs, and school events.
- Maintain academic records and ensure timely syllabus completion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics.
- B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 5-6 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE-affiliated schools.
- Robust command over mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling Grade IX & X classes.
- Familiarity with competency-based education and modern assessment methods.
- Tech-savvy with experience in digital learning platforms.
