Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct market visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit existing and potential customers regularly.
- Generate new leads through market visits and references.
- Present company products and services to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect payments as per company policy.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit to management.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch team for order execution.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills:

- Positive knowledge of local market.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 1-3 years experience in field sales (Printing / Packaging / Label industry preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Good English Speaking and Writing.
