Key Responsibilities
- Carry out process development and optimization for APIs and key intermediates.
- Perform route scouting, literature review, and experimental design.
- Execute laboratory synthesis, characterization, and troubleshooting of reactions.
- Support scale-up, pilot plant, and technology transfer to manufacturing.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation including lab notebooks, development reports, and SOPs.
- Conduct risk assessments, deviation handling, and CAPA activities.
- Work closely with ADL, QA, QC, and production teams.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and data integrity requirements.
- Participate in regulatory support activities such as responses to queries and audits.

Required Qualifications & Skills




- M.Sc in Organic / Pharmaceutical / Analytical Chemistry or related discipline.:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in API R&D; or process development.
- Strong hands-on experience in organic synthesis and reaction optimization.
- Knowledge of API manufacturing processes, GMP, and scale-up principles.
- Experience with documentation for regulatory filings is an advantage.
- Familiarity with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, IR, NMR) is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
