Generate and nurture leads through various channels including referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and site visits.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, client needs, and competitor offerings.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring a smooth and legally compliant transaction process.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, pricing strategies, and mortgage financing.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Prepare and present sales documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
