- Timing: 9 AM - 6:00 PM
- Fixed working hours
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls on given leads
- Explain courses / services clearly to prospects
- Maintain daily calling reports
- Handle basic customer queries
Requirements:
- Ability to speak Hindi (basic English is an advantage)
- Positive communication skills
- Interest in calling / sales profile
- Basic knowledge of mobile and computer operations
