Infrastructure & Systems Operations:
- Job involves maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of an organization's computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure, including user support, security, backups, performance monitoring, and hardware/software management to minimize disruptions and meet business needs. Key tasks include managing user accounts, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing security measures (firewalls, updates), performing backups, optimizing system performance, and providing help desk support.
- Infrastructure Management:Setting up, configuring, and maintaining servers (Windows, Linux), networks, and cloud environments.
- User & Account Management:Onboarding/offboarding users, managing permissions, and access controls (like SSO)
- Security & Compliance:Implementing security policies, monitoring threats, managing firewalls, and ensuring data protection.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery:Performing regular data backups and planning for business continuity.




- Performance Monitoring:Optimizing system performance and reducing downtime.
- Technical Support:Acting as a help desk for internal users, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues.
- Asset Management:Keeping IT asset inventory up-to-date.
- Robust knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
- Understanding of networking principles (LAN/WAN, firewalls).
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Administer and optimize physical and virtual servers across global sites.
- Manage hybrid environments that include both on-prem and public cloud platforms.
- Monitor and enhance performance, availability, and capacity of systems.
- Automate recurring tasks and improve system reliability using scripting and orchestration tools.

Cloud & Migration Projects:
- Support identity federation, secure access, and cloud-based networking configurations.
- Assist in workload migrations
