Role Summary

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team in day-to-day execution—handling lead coordination, follow-ups, quotations support, documentation, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, fast coordination, and building clean systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with quotation preparation, revisions, and sharing (as per internal process)
- Maintain accurate lead/customer records, status updates, and notes in CRM/Excel (or our internal system)
- Follow up with customers for confirmations:PO, site details, delivery schedules, and payment reminders:
- Assist in preparing basic sales documents: proposals, compliance docs, invoices/dispatch coordination support (as needed)




- Schedule calls/meetings for the sales team and maintain a daily follow-up tracker
- Coordinate internally with operations/accounts/logistics to ensure smooth handoff and updates to the client
- Share daily/weekly activity reports: follow-ups done, quotes sent, pending actions, closures support

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a sales support / coordination / inside sales role
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + English required; Marathi a plus)
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to handle multiple follow-ups without missing tasks
- Skilled, calm under pressure, and able to coordinate across teams

Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience in construction / rentals / industrial products / B2B services
- Familiarity with CRM tools (any: Zoho, Salesforce, Attio, etc.)
- Basic understanding of quotation formats, POs, and dispatch coordination
