Core Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage the full design lifecycle, including programming, conceptual design, schematic development, and construction administration.
- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, conducting consultations to understand their vision and requirements while providing regular progress updates.
- Design Development: Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, mood boards, and furniture layouts using advanced design software.
- FF&E; Specification: Source and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes (FF&E;) that align with the design intent and budget.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and guide junior designers, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with architects,



engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure technical drawings are accurate and building codes are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Typically 5 to 10+ years of skilled interior design experience, often with a focus on specific sectors like luxury residential, hospitality, or corporate interiors.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of AutoCAD is must, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D Max will be useful.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
