nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a skilled Python Developer with exposure to Generative AI and Machine Learning to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development experience along with hands-on exposure to GenAI applications, prompt testing, model evaluation, and model drift monitoring.
nThe candidate will work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and application teams to develop, integrate, test, and monitor AI-powered solutions.

nKey Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Python.n
- Build and integrate Generative AI/LLM-based solutions into business applications.n
- Design and execute prompt testing and evaluation to assess response quality, accuracy, relevance, and consistency.n
- Perform model testing and validation across different datasets and use cases.n
- Monitor AI/ML models for performance degradation and model drift.n




- Define and track relevant metrics for model and GenAI performance.n
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing of AI-powered applications.n
- Work with APIs and SDKs for integrating LLMs and AI services.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve AI model outputs.n
- Develop scripts and automation frameworks using Python for model and prompt evaluation.n
- Document test scenarios, evaluation results, model performance, and improvement recommendations.n
- Stay updated with emerging GenAI, LLM, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation techniques.n

nMandatory Skills

- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development.n
- Robust programming skills in Python and experience developing APIs/services.n
- Exposure to Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs).n
- Hands-on exposure to Prompt Testing / Prompt Evaluation.n
- Exposure to AI/ML Model T
