Develop fresh seasonal concepts in line with An’era’s luxury handcrafted aesthetic.
- Research trends, fabrics, and silhouettes for upcoming collections.
- Create detailed sketches, illustrations, and CAD designs.
- Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments aligned with the design direction.
- Coordinate sampling and ensure precision in design execution.
- Plan and guide embroidery layouts, color palettes, and textures.
- Prepare tech packs and assist in smooth production coordination.
- Oversee quality checks for fit, finish, and detailing.
- Maintain design boards, archives, and collection documentation.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams for timely launches.
- Support styling, exhibition, and photoshoot coordination.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
