Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D designs
- Develop design concepts as per client requirements
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Site visits for supervision and design coordination
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and approvals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Photoshop:
- Strong design sense and technical knowledge
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
