Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Bakery CDP / Head Baker to manage end-to-end bakery production with a strong focus on healthy bakery and dessert items. The role requires hands-on expertise, quality control, and leadership to ensure consistent, nutritious, and high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily production of breads, cakes, tea cakes, healthy dessert cookies, ladoos, pastries, and desserts.
- Prepare and standardize healthy recipes (low sugar, whole wheat, millet, jaggery-based, baked-not-fried).
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation.
- Supervise and guide commis and bakery assistants.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI standards at all times.
- Monitor raw material usage, control wastage, and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Support menu innovation and new healthy product development.




- Ensure timely production as per café / central kitchen demand.

Skills & Requirements
- 4-6 years of bakery experience, with at least 1-2 years as CDP or Head Baker.
- Strong experience in healthy desserts, cookies, and ladoos.
- Knowledge of alternative ingredients (jaggery, dates, millets, oats, whole wheat, low-fat dairy).
- Experience in bulk production with strict quality control.
- Leadership skills and ability to train junior staff.
- Willingness to work early or rotational shifts.
