Role Summary

Own end-to-end outbound dispatch operations for our D2C brand—processing orders, creating shipments, printing labels/invoices/manifests, coordinating pickups, tracking deliveries, and managing NDR & RTO reduction. You’ll work closely with warehouse packing, customer support, and courier partners to ensure rapid, accurate delivery and low returns.

Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch & Shipment Processing
- Download/process daily orders (Shiprocket).
- Create shipments on aggregator/courier panels (e.g., Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Pickrr) or direct courier portals.
- Print and attach shipping labels, invoices, and manifests; ensure correct AWB mapping.
- Coordinate daily pickups; hand over bags/boxes as per courier SOP.
- Ensure scan compliance and pickup SLAs are met.

Courier & Delivery Operations
- Allocate the right courier based on pincode serviceability, COD/prepaid, weight, delivery speed, RTO risk.
- Track shipments daily and flag delays, lost/misrouted shipments.
- Manage escalations with courier KAM/support for stuck shipments.

NDR, RTO & Returns




- Monitor NDR cases (address issues, customer not reachable, COD refusal).
- Coordinate with customer support for customer confirmation & reattempts.
- Analyse RTO reasons and drive corrective actions (address validation, COD confirmation flows, courier selection).
- Process RTO received: reconciliation, quality checks, restocking coordination.
- Support returns/exchanges logistics and reverse pickup coordination.

Documentation & Reconciliation
- Maintain dispatch registers: AWB, weight, courier, status, NDR/RTO reason codes.
- Support weekly/monthly reconciliation for shipping charges, weight disputes, lost shipments, claims.
- Ensure compliant invoicing and documentation for inter-state shipments (as applicable).
