Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons to support early childhood development.
- Create a safe, caring, and interactive classroom workplace that encourages learning through play.
- Observe, assess, and support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress, development milestones, and classroom activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, assessments, and related documentation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Caring, creative, and child-centric attitude.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel.
- Prior experience in preschool or early childhood education is preferred.
