oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while ensuring accurate inventory records and maintaining safety standards. They manage staff, optimize storage, and coordinate with logistics providers to meet deadlines. Key responsibilities include auditing inventory, managing records, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Perform physical stock counts, verify incoming/outgoing goods, and reconcile with system records to prevent discrepancies.
- Operations Oversight: Direct daily warehouse activities, including loading/unloading, packing, and proper storage of items.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers for timely deliveries.
- Staff Supervision: Train, assign schedules, and manage team performance.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations (WSH) and maintain security protocols.
- Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and produce reports on warehouse performance.

Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Certifications: Forklift operation or, in some cases, specialized certifications (e.g., in dangerous goods) are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Solid organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Education: High school diploma, bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

- Resolving shipping or inventory discrepancies.
- Managing maintenance of warehouse equipment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
