Make outbound calls to patient leads (website, campaigns, referrals)
- Handle inbound calls related to cancer treatment enquiries and OPD
- Explain hospital services, doctors, and consultation process (non-clinical)
- Counsel patients and attendants with empathy and clarity
- Convert enquiries into OPD bookings and hospital visits
- Perform timely follow-ups until closure
- Coordinate with front desk and OPD team for appointment confirmation
- Update call details, remarks, and follow-ups in CRM
- Maintain accurate patient data and daily call reports
- Escalate sensitive or complex cases to seniors
