Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Pitambra Film & Production is hiring Telecaller Executives who can confidently communicate with clients, handle inquiries, and generate walk-ins through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Explain company services, projects, auditions, and events clearly
- Generate and confirm walk-ins and follow-ups
- Maintain proper call records and daily reports
- Meet daily and monthly calling and walk-in targets
- Coordinate with CRM and reporting teams

Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of calling software and CRM tools
- Strong follow-up skills and professional attitude
