Job Title:Placement Officer
- Department: Education & Employability / Center Operations
- Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any stream. Training, Career Guidance, or HR certifications are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in youth employability or placement operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role managing teams. Experience in skills and placement projects, employer engagement, community mobilization, and operational management is essential.

- Job Summary:Lead the end-to-end placement and youth employability process at Nirmaan’s skill centers, from mobilization, training coordination, and counselling to placement and post-placement follow-ups. Ensure operational excellence of the center, deliver training goals, maintain corporate and employer relations, and achieve placement outcomes in alignment with donor and organizational guidelines.
- Key Responsibilities: Outreach and Mobilization:
- Plan and execute batch launch activities in coordination with the Reporting Manager. Identify training courses based on market trends and industry demand.
- Coordinate roadshows, mobilization drives, and awareness programs in target communities.
- Guide Community Mobilizers and local partners in outreach execution, ensuring maximum youth participation.
- Conduct counselling sessions to assess youth aspirations and finalize enrolment's.
