Job Title: Threading / Rolling Operator

Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Plant Manager
Location: MIDC Waluj, Chh. Sambhajinagar

Requisites:
Education: 10th / 12th Pass

Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of experience operating threading / rolling machines.
- Experience in fasteners, metal forming, or automotive components manufacturing preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with stainless steel (SS) material is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate threading / rolling machines (Indian & Taiwan make).
- Fit and adjust dies, tools, and feeders.
- Check machine oiling, alignment, and settings before start.
- Monitor production and ensure correct thread size and finish.
- Measure parts using vernier,



micrometer, gauges, and projector.
- Record production, rejection, and downtime details.
- Identify defects and inform supervisor or maintenance if required.
- Follow safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain machine cleanliness.

Skills required
- Solid understanding of cold forging and threading processes, tooling, and materials (steel, alloy steel, stainless steel).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, part specifications, and tolerances.
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges, and profile projector.
