Job Summary
The Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive will be responsible for ideation, planning,
and coordination of all content and social media activities across Shripal Group projects. The role
includes directing design and video teams for daily, weekly, and campaign-based requirements for
organic and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Brainstorm content ideas and marketing campaign concepts
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars for all projects
- Manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
- Direct and brief design and video editing teams
- Review creatives and ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate content for Meta and Google Ads campaigns
- Align organic content with performance marketing initiatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all Shripal Group projects
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for inputs and launches
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing / Media preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing
- Robust understanding of social media trends and short-form content
- Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns
- Experience working with designers and video editors
- Good communication and basic copywriting skills
- Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
