What you’ll do
- Own the store, end to end. Open it. Run it. Close it.
- Interact with customers like a human, not a script.
- Make first-timers feel welcome. Make regulars feel seen.
- Keep the counter sharp, the service fast, the vibe on-point.
- Handle orders, basic inventory checks & daily ops smoothly.
- Spot problems before they become problems.
What we’re looking for
- High energy. Sharp presence. Valuable talker.
- Takes ownership naturally (no babysitting needed).
- Loves people, mornings, and fast-paced environments.
- Gets brands, aesthetics, and why _vibe matters_.
- Prior café/QSR experience is a plus, but attitude > CV.
