Designation: Customer Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
- Explain MG car models, features, pricing, finance, and exchange options
- Generate and follow up on customer enquiries to ensure timely closures
- Arrange and coordinate test drives for prospective customers
- Maintain accurate customer data, enquiries, and follow-up records
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, delivery, and post-sales support
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with robust convincing ability
- Mandatory:Own two-wheeler with valid driving license:
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office)
- Prior experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage
