Eligibility
- Any Graduate / UG
- Minimum 6 months voice process experience
- Valuable communication skills (English mandatory)
Role & Responsibility
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
- Provide accurate information about services and processes
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain service quality standards and follow company guidelines
- Build positive relationships with customers through clear communication

- 6 days working
- 9 hours shift

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
