Perform PCB assembly and soldering operations as per work instructions, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure high-quality solder joints using proper soldering techniques while preventing damage to components and PCBs.
- Carry out basic inspection, testing, and rework of assembled boards as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and daily production output.
- Identify and troubleshooting minor technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Follow safety standards, quality procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support production and engineering teams in day-to-day technical activities.

Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly
- Understanding of soldering techniques and tools
- Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and instructions

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline
