Material Receipt & Verification
- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables as per approved PO.
- Verify quantity, condition, batch/lot number, manufacturing date, expiry/best-before date, and supplier details at receipt.
- Coordinate with QA/QC for material inspection and release before storage or issue.

Storage & Inventory Management
- Store materials as per defined storage conditions (ambient, humidity control, segregation).
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO practices strictly.
- Ensure proper identification and labeling of all materials (material name, batch/lot, status - Approved / Quarantine / Rejected).
- Segregate food-grade and non-food-grade materials, allergens, and rejected materials.

Issue & Dispatch Control
- Issue materials to production against authorized material requisitions only.
- Ensure correct batch/lot issuance to maintain traceability.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for finished goods movement and loading.





Records & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records including:
- GRN (Goods Receipt Notes)
- Stock registers (raw material, packaging, consumables, finished goods)
- Batch/lot-wise issue and receipt records
- FIFO/FEFO compliance records
- Rejected, blocked, and returned material records
- Stock transfer and dispatch records
- Support traceability, mass balance, and mock recall exercises during audits.

Inventory Control & Coordination
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances.
- Monitor minimum stock levels, slow-moving, and near-expiry materials.
- Inform concerned departments about shortages, excess stock, or potential expiry risks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
