Generate home loan leads through field visits, builders, brokers, DSAs and referrals.
- Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
- Explain home loan products, interest rates and eligibility to customers clearly.
- Handle end-to-end loan process - sourcing to final disbursement.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property papers).
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for quick approvals.
- Conduct site visits / customer meetings for property and profile verification.
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents and channel partners.
- Track loan pipeline, login, sanction and disbursement ratios daily.
- Ensure policy compliance and accurate documentation.
- Provide regular follow-ups with customers to close cases faster.
- Cross-sell related products like insurance, balance transfer, top-up loans.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly.
- Prepare and update MIS reports and sales trackers.
- Maintain portfolio quality and reduce cancellation or delinquency risk.
