Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Chinese & Tandoori dishes as per hotel standards
- Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene
- Assist in kitchen preparation and daily operations
- Serve customers politely and efficiently (for service staff)
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining area
- Follow hotel rules, safety, and hygiene standards
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant preferred
- Ability to work in shifts
