Job SummaryWe are seeking multiple Telesales Executives with excellent English communication skills and robust command over grammar. The role involves interacting with consumers and small businesses over phone and digital channels, explaining products and services, supporting basic software related queries, and converting qualified leads into sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Customer Interaction
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Clearly explain products and services to consumers and small business customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Technical and Product Support (Pre and Post Sales)
- Provide basic guidance to customers on software installation and usage.
- Assist customers with initial setup and troubleshooting of company products.
- Coordinate with technical support teams for escalations when required.
- Ensure customers have a smooth onboarding experience.
Communication and Documentation
- Communicate in clear, fluent, and grammatically correct English at all times.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities and customer feedback.
Process and Compliance
- Follow defined sales scripts, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and data protection standards.
- Participate in product, process, and communication training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, BCA, MCA or
- Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or MBA with specialization in Systems, Information Technology, or related fields.
