Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Financial Counsellors to work directly from partner hospitals. This is a face-to-face sales role involving direct interaction with patients to guide them on suitable healthcare financing options.
This is not a telecalling or call center position. We require mature professionals who are confident in handling in-person discussions and can effectively explain financial plans to patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients on available healthcare financing solutions
- Drive on-ground B2C sales within hospital premises
- Assist patients in understanding installment-based payment plans
- Coordinate with hospital staff for smooth patient support
- Maintain solid relationship management and ethical sales practices
Eligibility Criteria
- 2-3 years of relevant field sales / direct B2C sales experience
(Telecalling, telesales, and customer care profiles will not be considered)
- Minimum age: 25 years
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working inside hospital environments
- Demonstrated job stability in previous roles
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
